I don't know Wales very well - since I'm not Welsh - but I can suggest Cardiff ( capital ), Snowdonia ( fantastic mountainrange), The Gower Peninsula ( off Swansea, some quite nice beaches there ), the Brecon Beacons ( I hope that place has something and I'm not quoting it in vain ).
North Wales is very nice too. It's a small country I'm sure you can see it all in a couple of days - or three - if you have a car
