Is this based on something real? What's the source?
Because i'm actually interested in this, i've always been in favor of a reform of English spelling which is now ridiculously random and irregular.
The changes they talk about here are taken from the "Cut Spelling" reform proposal, which is in my opinion the best spelling reform that exist for English.
