Stressed? - Get more free time!
Owe Wikstroem, a professor from Sweden at Uppsala University gives you a few hints how to destress and get more free time:
1. Avoid getting interested in everything. 2. You don't need to be ready with everything. 3. Switch off your phone from time to time. 4. Everything doesn't need to go fast. 5. Shut down your computer. 6. Take a walk in the sun or in the rain. 7. Appreciate common tings. 8. Take your time to learn the art of just being. 9. You have the right not to be useful and productive all the time. 10. Treat yourself with a few hours of doing nothing or something for yourself. So, are you stressed? thanks forre :rose: interesting: it sounds like the best way to de-stress is to cut yourself away from everything/everyone and just be by yourself for a while :confused: - in my case - isn't the best idea probably :no: I go for walks and do things for myself all the time though ;) ahhh, but I'm not stressed enough, I think: spending too much time not learning anything, being bored and unproductive ... it's frustrating when you're stuck doing things that you think are pointless right now ... :ill:
