problem with RSS

I have problem with RSS! I want to add it to my yahoo 360 page but it shows me error.
How can i do that? or is it possible to add it in yahoo 360 page?

There is a link in yahoo 360 page which i can add a RSS feed but after i add this link http://forum.tatysite.net/external.php?type=rss2
it says Error: We were unable to fetch the feeds you requested. Please check the URLs and try again.
