The most informative site of "fabrika zvyozd" I know is this one.
Maksim Fadeev and Viktor Drobysh picked up the most promising "stars". You can get some information about them on their sites.

Personally I see the most talented singer in Elena Temnikova, but so far her 'aura' was close to zero. Now she wastes her talents in the group "Serebro", the Russian Eurovision-contestant of 2007, maybe she will have her breakthrough now. At least her appearance seems to be not boring anymore.
