Igor - the Administrator of this site warns everyone for excessive usage of the codes in the posts. Usage of big fonts and colours in the posts is NOT recommended.

Bad examples:

As usage of codes complicates the readability Igor is going to take measures. There are two possibilities:
1. Termination of the user's account.
2. Switching off all codes on the Forum.

So, to avoid either of the measures above to take force, please behave.

Khm... anyway... yes. I agree. Using the codes in posts is SO wrong...bad for the eyes and the mind...:D

Use codes in posts in moderation. Too much of one thing is sometimes not of the goodness. :P So, pleeeaaase behave, you crazy kids. Lol.

First of all i must say i agree to the statement..
but it raises questions to me too...

Allthough i use them rarely there are a few posts where i did use them to stand out in the crowd F.E.: the announcements for the crossing boundaries fanfic in its own thread at the island of arts forum...

Here i've used them so that the links are easy to find amidst the comments given by the people that read the fic.

I know that they are quite prominent but af i see it, and given the message of this threat ...

I wonder...:

1 are those announcements still allowed? (I try to put one in each new page(not post) so them folks do not need to look them up three pages back)

2 you could perhaps limit the possibilities for VB codes and smilies?

mir, You don't need to use size #5 to make peopple see it. Those who are interested would pick it up anyway.
