That's a file sharing software, similar to Kazaa. It works the same way .. P2P way. Except that you get on the hubs (like rooms) where the users share files. The speeds vary - from 50 down to 1. It depends on the number of slots and your connection as well as another downloads running at the moment.

I see... I've downloaded it (DC++) and I've tried to connect to Mockba city hub but they tell me I need 3 slots open. I don't know how to change that, though, I've checked the settings and can't seem to find a solution. If you know how to let more slots open, lemme know :D thanks

staringelf, File -> Settings -> Sharing ->Upload slots (choose 4-5 for DSL, 5-8 Cable, 5-10 LAN1).

I’ve tried to Look on DC++, MOCKBA CITY or DivX UK Share Hub 2. but I haven’t got a clue what I’m doing. Besides, it took fifty hours to download The Anatomy, so a 3GB file would be a bit on the big side.
