It's not gone unnoticed that music's needed a bloody good kick up the arse for some time now. Indie and R & B are all well and good, but what the hell are we supposed to dance to? Well wonder no more, because The Saturday's are about to throw themselves headfirst into your consciousness like a five-woman whirlwind, and bring back some much-needed, shameless fun to the charts.

They're pure pop and proud of it. 'Why are people ashamed of pop?' says Mollie. 'Everyone's taking themselves so seriously at the moment. We're a proper, full-on girl band and we're loving it.' 'We're not models who can't sing – we can all sing, we can all dance,' adds Frankie, 'and no one's telling us who to be or what to do. We're all different because we're just ourselves, and that's the way it should be.'

Frankie and Rochelle used to be in a group called "S Club Juniors/8"

These girls great music. But they should at least learn to lipsync if they're going to mime. Seriously, the girl in the blue pulls the mic away about a second before her parts are finished, and the girl in the purple trips and totally has the mic away from her face.

the purple is frankie she used to be in S club Juniors and the girls in the green is Rochelle who also used to be in s club juniors.

I love The Saturdays, mainly because Frankie and Rochelle from S Club 8 (Juniors) are in the band. :o

I have both of the S Club 8 (Juniors) albums on disc, I purchased them both recently because I scratched up the old ones.
