I was thinking it would be cool if every week on a set day & time we have a scheduled chat in the tatysite chatroom? What do you think? :dknow:

It would be pretty cool I think, plus we could get to know each other better :)

EDIT: it works for me, but its very slow, most probably cos of my connection, yet i don't see anyone from the english forum. i am lost in cyrillic space! *feels dizzy* :ill:

well i guess if anyone wants to access the tatysite chat via an irc program like mIRC, then connect to irc.odessa.net on port 6669 and then just join #tatu ?

We talk a lot when either there are news or some stuff to discuss. We'll try to think if there's a possibility to establish a separate channel for English speaking guests. Mixing up Russian and English may leave lots of misunderstanding like:

The chat has been out there for weeks now. It's created by Russian Tatu sites admins and people from all those sites gather there. Rosh and Ice_Cream are talking there right now. I'm making jokes at Tanrah. That's about all.

I NEVER said that somebody was kicked....DID I ? I've just said that this chat is forbidden to us .....It was non written but thought cause we don't speak russian. That's all...there is no problem....just would be, perhaps, more practical to get a place where we could speak english?....not a good idea Darje ?...... ;) Don't worry all is fine ! :p

Well, I did somehow enjoy being in the russian chat, being that I'm soon starting a course of russian and it keeps me on my toes to read cyrillic... but I guess you're right. We should make a mIRC chatroom started up, but it'd probably help if we stated a date.

Yep That's me,

Some of u will know me from the old days here, i have opted to take care of the chat channel and first set up a trivia (knowledge quizz) for more information look at the chat channel

to make this chat channel a nice hangout, the same rules as in here are in place there.

of course,but the timing must be done by the moderators of the forum like you,we can do it more regularly each week or month,(e.g. the first saturday of the month)
