I found this on the Flashback.net forum. Or, well, my dad found it and told me about it. There's alot to say on the subject, but all in all, there are two mp3-files with recorded voice and (scary) music, which will apparently hypnotize you. Like being in a trance.

People on flashback.net tried it, and most of them said it worked, others said it didn't do much, but all of them got extremely relaxed and feeling tensions and tics.

The files are to be found here: http://www.xs4all.nl/~ivaaa/damals/
And here are direct links:

Finkelstein (http://www.xs4all.nl/~ivaaa/damals/finkelstein.mp3)
Astralware (http://www.xs4all.nl/~ivaaa/damals/regression.mp3)

The Finkelstein one is sort of hard to hear at first, but after a while it's okay.

These are supposedly taking you back to your past life or whatever. I tried both of them, although I didn't listen to the end and I got extremely relaxed, temperature changed (first I got cold, then I got pretty warm), I got tears in my eyes, and I felt like my fingers disappeared.

People say they actually *became* someone and that they walked around in the house of their "previous life".

I couldn't relax completely. I was laying in my bed, and at first my pillows were too high (that's what you get for having too many), then my fingers started itching, then my ears. Anyway, I only got to maybe half of it (Astralware) and a couple of minutes into it (Finklestein). My eyes started twitching alot, and the insides of my eyelids lit up. My fingers went numb and it felt as if I was sinking into my bed.

I think I'm gonna try it again later today, or tomorrow. I think you're supposed to be in a dark room, but mine is very light (sunshine)... Hmm.

Anyway, this is probably not supposed to be taken so seriously, just an interesting thing to try out.

Here are some opinions & experiences:
