A: There's a special tea for that... I can't translate the name to english, but in portuguese it's "tilia", makes you relaxed... And if you have some sleeping pills (like, light sleeping pills, the herbal ones), you have a cup of that tea and 1 or 2 of those pills... Works for me :D
