I don't find the prospect of living to be 88 years old a particularly appealing one. I don't find it a particularly realistic one either when I take into consideration the terribly unhealthy lifestyle I lead!

Depends on how much. If to drink alcohol 2-3 times a week, let's say 1L of wine each time, your lever won't make it through your late 60's but if to drink coffee every day - let's say 10 cups, you'll probably get some stomach problems, but not severe ones and the possibility of high blood pressure. Forre, after reading your msg.. I tried to stop coffee for 3 days ..complete cut off .. I got headache woke up in the morning...and I got hungry alot and I ate alot and I gain 1 kg.
Then when I started to drink coffee again, the next day no headache all. People said coffee give headache but its opposite with me I guess. But I lessen my coffee.
Oh my MMS will be devil_indenial@hell.god .. I'll be taking Sunny Poison with me if you need to send her MMS you can send through me. Please make sure you write it down in your organizer. Just incase.
