Nazi Higher Education:
http://www.dailyrepublican.com/nazi-higher-ed.html
The Nazi Model For Outcome-Based Education:
http://www.crossroad.to/text/articles/tnmfobe1196.html

What is Outcome Based Education (OBE):
http://www.halcyon.org/obeinfo.html
(that page has little to do with nazis, but maybe you can use it as filler to get to those 8 pages)

The Educational Principles of the New Germany:
http://www.calvin.edu/academic/cas/gpa/frau01.htm
not specific on higher education, although it may be worthwhile to copy paste a bit

I hope you can build something out of that (you didn't think I was gonna write it for ya? you gotta do something yourself :P

:D
actually... I liked the subject. I never did much with history, and indeed, back in the day computers were just being shifted in the educational system... set aside that we had internet searches to get info. Now, information is just a few clicks away... provided you know where to look.
It was fun looking for the interesting sites, even though the subject is not that uplifting.

I always get a chuckle hearing about homework assignments. Homework has a schedule. It has realistic deadlines. There is usually something to be learned. In my job, schedules are demolished by the day's new crisis, and the deadline is alway RIGHT NOW!
