A: i'm a fellow insomniac here (well not really.... becuase i eventually sleep) ....... but my sleeping habits sucks becuase i only go to bed when i literally can't keep my eyes open any longer (THAT'S healthy :/) .... my advice is wake up early to sleep early, no? lol
