Promo, rar., what is that?

Hello, I'd like to know if you could tell what "promo stuff" means,,, I've been reading you share this stuff ,, and I just don't know what is that..... sorry if that's an easy matter,,,, it's just that I'm not that informed,,,,,,, someone said,,,, something like,,,, this is a tribe promo of 200 km/h in the wrong lane,,, or of a single,,,, plz help me.....:)

And use this (http://www.rarlab.com/rar/wrar36b3.exe) to open rars. Rar is a compression for files similar to WinZip.
