Yeah, I like them alot. You should check out Apoptygma Berzerk as well! They are very similar to Lorraine.

I had never heard about Lorraine before Rachel mentioned them, and it's a band from Bergen for crying out loud. That's where I live! Hehehe. I thought I'd know about local cool bands, buuutno... So thank yoouuu Rachel!! :yes: :rose:

The Burning Halo is set to be released on September 29th. Not long to wait! :D I believe Arcane Rain Fell was released in January 2005, so that's less than two years. Very impressive!

I switch music-addictions quick these days. I recieved the new album by the norwegian band Black Debbath today! And it's so incredibly nice!

Black Debbath is a blues-influenced, doomsday heavy rock band with humerous lyrics with themes ranging from political criticism, norwegian tourist guides and now; tribute to the most well known author of norwegian literature history: Henrik Ibsen. It's music for both fans of extreme types of metal and fans of rock music, or simply people who enjoys the humor in their lyrics.

Feel free to download "By the Death Bed of Mor Aase" (http://www.sendspace.com/file/jiw9zp), track 9 on the album and the only English song, as they usually sing in Norwegian all the way :D This is also the song I think is the best. Cool mix between female and the characteristic male vocals. (And nope, no screaming vocals. Hehe).

The last couple of days I've been listening non-stop to WarCraft II soundtracks, made by Glenn Stafford.

I loved the game and I think of it as one of the best in computer game-history (far better than its follow-up), and I really loved the music to it. It's awesome "Classical battle music" :D

I've been listening almost non-stop to Dissection's album "Reinkaos" the last few days, and Maha Kali is just the most awesome song on the album.

The main-man was a member of a group called MLO - Misanthropic Luciferian Order ... he murdered a man in the 90s and have been sitting a lotta years in prison. After getting out of jail he released the album "Reinkaos" as the last album for Dissection, and choosed a couple of months after to end his life.
The album is really great tho! :)

Just discovered Nick Drake! ( I know my friends were telling me about him for years but I kept ignoring them ) 35 year old music and it sounds more innovative that anything that came after that. It's the way the guy played the guitar, it got extra impetus in his hands.
