no smilies..help

can somoene help me to use smilies in my posts?

it seems that i can't get this option but i don't know why :(

i can get smilies when i post a new thread but when i just reply in a thread i'm not allowed to post attachments.
now i use a trick , i copy and paste from the smilies list since it is the only for me to use them :grustno:

titi, attachments aren't allowed on this forum because there are alot of people with slow connections...

But the smilies aren't considered attachments.. at least not the original smilies that "come" with this forum.. I'm talking about the ones in the smiley list :kwink:
