Problems with the top bar ?

Is it just me, or does the top bar (where it says Photos Press Video Performances etc...) always show a 404 error when clicked?
And if it's not me, when will this be fixed?
Are you still working on it, and its not finished?

goku, currently, only Main Index (eng.tatysite.net) is available. The rest of the sections will open up towards the end of this month!
